On Saturday, during the Guerilla Collective online game festival, the team at Hardsuit Labs and Paradox Interactive announced details on the collector’s edition of Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2. A new trailer also revealed the return of Damsel, a fan-favorite character from the original game. A new trailer is available on YouTube, which we’ve also embedded above.
Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 was announced for release in the first quarter of 2020, but was recently delayed later into 2020. The sequel to the 2004 cult classic, the role-playing game’s narrative is being designed by Brian Mitsoda, the man responsible for the storyline of that original game. Joining him is journalist, writer, and franchise superfan Cara Ellison.
The collector’s edition of the game includes a statue and a 7-inch copy of the game’s soundtrack on vinyl. Also included is a PDF version of Vampire: The Masquerade’s 5th edition tabletop ruleset. Additionally, pre-orders will get access to special DLC as well as the Season of the Wolf expansion.
Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is headed to PlayStation 4, Windows PC, and Xbox One as well as next-generation consoles including PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
